Rebecca Ramos-Rich

Rebecca was born in Charleston, Maine (near Dover-Foxcroft). She grew up in rural Maine and rural Pennsylvania where she spent most of her time drawing, raising a rabbit she named “Combat Chuck” and talking to chipmunks.

When she was 19 years old, she was getting ready to go to art school when she became pregnant with her son. Life wasn’t easy as a single mom, but she never regretted it. She took a job working for the United States Postal Service and for nearly fifteen years she was a proud member of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC). She often worked second and third jobs, and she met Tim while delivering his mail.

Rebecca is the mother of three children and three dogs. She loves painting, camping, and exploring the less-traveled areas of Maine.
